I move into my new home(rented) tomorrow morning,all paperwork and deposits sorted.The LA have been fantastic,no admin charges only fee was for searches on the guarentor.Answered all questioned within hours.
I would like to thank everyone on this site for all the info posted here about rental,it made life so much easier for us.Once again THANK YOU.
One more thing,not all LA are money grabbing S**ts,but on my travels i found a lot.
