Reclaiming Bank Charges from Lloyds

I have recently used Martins letter to ask my bank Lloyds for all the details within 40 days, It has now way past the 40 days and i have heard nothing. Martins tips say i should now ring, does anyone have the correct Phone number to contact Lloyds as obviously i dont want to passed from pillar to post.
