Morrisons self scan

I had a problem with a self scan purchase last Friday evening, it was debited from my account on Sunday, Monday AND tuesday.
Frustrated by the lack of support from my debit card issuer, Nationwide, but Morrisons do seem to have set the matter straight so that's OK.

I have had the same problem, just checked my bank online to see when i went in monday and spent just under £20 on my debit card they had charged me three times. I used self scan. However morrisons have now refunded me how much they had overchaged me without me even contacting them as i had only just checked my account. Hope you get this sorted0

I did a self-scan at Morrison's the other day. It came up with 'product not found'.0

It'd just stick it in your bag then if I were you:D0

Admittedly this was in tesco not morrissons, but when my fruit came up not found a cashier came up and went 'oh just put it through as bramley apples' as you can choose them from a list!!
since then i have only paid 22pence per kilo for strawberries, cherries, watermelons etc
and i justify it because a tesco staff member showed me :rotfl:Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

I had this from a shop done on 26 June, I phoned my local Morrisons and they expect that all the duplicate/triplicate transactions will be sorted by Monday and if not to phone them.
My second transaction was refunded on Friday.0 -
