Help!  No hot water

I moved into a new flat a couple of months ago and didn't bother fiddling with the hot water system - it looked far too complicated!

However, I came home on Tuesday to find that I had no hot water. So, I thought that it would be a really good idea to turn the booster on.............bad move! Not only did I fail to get the booster to work, I've somehow managed to switch the water heating system off completely. :'( Not being all that technical, I haven't got a clue what to do now!

The water heating thingy is a Grasslin QE7. Can anyone point me in the right direction for instructions on how to use it? I'd love to be able to reset the timings for water heating, but right now I'd settle for just getting the thing switched back on again.
