skycard payment break

maybe a daft question but go easy on a newbie.
my partner took out a skycard about 2 years ago and tbh we havnt been checking our monies properly until recently, we have been paying £25 per month for this payment break which my partner says she was never aware of, were now looking at clearing the balance but i was wondering if this is the same as ppi being missold, weve never used this feature because as i said we didnt even know we had it.
would it be worth starting a complaint and asking skycard to take this into account with a settlement figure?
