Powerline Adapter + wifi?

Hi,
Apologies if this sounds dumb but I'd appreciate some advice from those who know better. I have an existing wifi network which works okay but doesn't reach some points in the house where it might be useful.
I've seen Powerline adapters which plug into the mains and I'm wondering if I can just add these to the exisitng wifi network to extend it to the parts it currently doesn't reach...or do I need to get powerline adapters for all the exisiting appliances and switch over completely (which woud make it much more expensive at £50 for a pair as I'd need at least four and possibly six adapters).
Any thoughts and advice welcome.

Yes you will be able to add this to the existing network, all you would do is attach a ethernet network cable from the router to the first power adapter. This will give you access to the network where you put the second adapter.0

you will need just a single powerline adpater which you connect to your existing network with an ethernext cable & plug into a spare powe socket on the wall.
Then use a powerline wireless bridge somewhere else in your house
That's all you needChris Elvin0 -
If you want something quicker than most, keep your eyes peeled for these.0
