Would anyone be able to give me a pointer to any 'cheap rooms' website? I see Travelodge need far more notice than this for their offers but surely there must be an alternative...

Not their bargain bargain rates but still some cheap rooms there for the standard of the hotels I've stayed in.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

depending on where you are thinking of staying as well we have booked a new hilton hotel that has recently opened for this weekend and its only £78 for 2 nights sat and sun..they are opening more but they are called hampton by hiltons and are like travel lodges by the hilton brand..hoping they are nice and you get free brekkie.reviews look good so fingers crossed.0 -
