You can't ask for an awareness course. It's up to them if they offer you one.

I am a young driver having passed my test less than a year ago. I recieved my first NIP at 45mph and it hit me that it was unacceptable and I completely changed the way I thought about driving and I became a better driver. Unbeknown to me I had already commited my second offence and recieved my second NIP two days later. I was under a lot of stres (A-level exams and extra hours at work, a job I have now quit after realising it was affecting my driving) and I may have to give up my place at uni as I will not be able to get to my placements.
My question is do you think i should fight it and ask for 3 points and the road safety awareness course insted of the full 6 points and licence revoke, or should I just cut my losses and re-apply for my provisional, theory and practical test?
