Old Accounts

I have just started the process to reclaim charges from Lloyds TSB. I also have old personal & business accounts with Nat West and barclays that have been closed. Can anyone tell me if I can claim charges back for these accounts. There are quite substantial sums involved. If the banks had not charged these amounts I would probably still be trading now

yes definately re the personal accounts.

I wouldnt recommend barclays business accounts past writing a letter (ie no court) as they are fighting hard and winning with costs against claimants.

natwest business bit more hopeful but still a risk.
