I sympathise about the whole car seat thing (it is OH's main reason for not having a third) well that and the fact that we have 3 bedrooms and he doesn't want to risk 3 girls lol! And a whole barrage of other excuses.

Obviously I am more where there's a will, there's a way and all that. I agree with chelle that maybe going back financially for a couple of months might be the way forward long term.

Good luck with it all (I'm enjoying your diary loads), it feels like your leading my life in two years time.

Sarah bizzarely our kids are pretty much 2 years different in ages, October 06 and July 08 for me. I must admit i was totally anti number 3 until it actually happened and even now i'm a bit aprahensive. I have been on a car seat hunt, apparently a britax baby safe fits the estate but only if you use a belted in base. Also the britax first class plus fits but only behind the drivers seat as rear facing then forward facing for either right or left side in the rear. It doesn't help us fit an extra adult in but it would mean i could drive 3 kids safely.

Hi LP been lurking for a while but have just seen your post abut problems with milk when breast feeding. Anyhow I had massive problems when my DD was born and every MW/HV who visited me keet telling me that there was NO such thing as not enough milk for a baby and that I basically was imagining the whole thing. I honestly thought I was going mad till I happend to have a different HV from another county visit (covering sick or summat) and she put me incontact with a breast feeding specialist in my local hospital who diagnosed me with a low prolactin level.

From what you said about a history of bleeding after labour sounds like you could of been suffering from the same thing. Anyhow she recommended I start taking domperidon (given on prescription via GP). It is actualy given to adults/children who have problems with reflux but has a side affect of producing more milk in breastfeeding mothers by increasing the prolactin levels. My daughter is now 8months and I am still BF and I have no doubt in my mind without the domperidon I would have given up at week 5!!!!!!

If you do a search on the internet a lot of info comes up on the subject.

HTH sorry for the long post of back to lurk again now! lol

Hey don't lurk POST!!!. See HV drive me nuts, they really do. With DD1 it was much the same, I wasn't 'trying' hard enough type attitude I think i drove my support worker up the wall and I'm telling you she was very familiar with my boobies hehehehehehehe. DD2 I didn't even ge teh whole milk coming in bit. Never heard of doperidom so off to have a google, she did tell me about fenugreek root tea or something but it never really worked, well i say that but i did last alot longer then with DD2 so maybe it did. :)

I'll live, its just a little upset tummy. Pains last night had OH wondering if he should call triage though. I have just opted to laze about and drink lemon squash to keep up fluid levels. I have an awful urge for cake or something sweet like pancakes and maple syrup. weird.

I'm starting to think about next steps, redemption letter for current mortgage sent to my solicitor so I know that when they add the redemption admin doodahs on we have 49364.87 outstanding on motgage as of 10th December. I know we will lose internet on the 8th/9th and no idea if we will have it back for Christmas yet :( .
