Wiping Credit Card Balances - Nectar Claims

Hi Everyone,

I have spoken to a few companies about having my credit cards looked at to see if I can have them written off. Most of the companies I have spoken to want £295.00 and they want me to pay that upfront.
I recieved a call last night from a company Called Nectar Claims and they said they can help me wipe off my balances and they only charge £85.00 this is a lot lover than everyone else and seems a bit to good to be true.

Has anyone heard of a company called Nectar Claims?
If you have can you let me know how you got on

    You might like to read this BBC article on the subject.

    You might not get a lot of sympathy about trying to write off your debts from people on this forum, so be prepared.

    There are many companies mentioned on these forums saying they can write off debts. There are a lot fewer stories about people who have been successful.
    You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.

    Don't pay £85 for the assessment, there are some companies that will do it without charge. see;

    Fantastic - yet another CC reclaim thread. We obviously don't have enough already.
  • There are lots of companies that now do this, and in all fairness £85 is the cheapest that I have found. I was told that i could do it myself by an advisor but after looking through threads etc it seems to be quite time consuming. There are lots of people that have cleared their debts on other forums, but again I havent got the time and patience to do it myself.
    It looks a little trickier than reclaiming bank charges. Anyway moral high ground and all of that but if ive been given a faulty agreement then i want to know about it!
