Dolphin 860 Riviera shower parts

Hi. I need a replacement temperature control screw for one of these showers.
Dolphin tell me they are obsolete and they stopped supplying them three years ago.
I've scoured the web - 'The Shower Doctor' used to be a good source for parts but they have run out too.
The part is a little plastic thing worth pennies. It seems outrageous to have to spend hundreds getting a new shower fitted for the sake of a bit of plastic.
Unless you can help?
(Oh and by the way, I'll be giving Dolphin a miss in future, their after sales care sucks. They should still have parts available for a three year old shower IMHO especially after how expensive they were!).
