House Prices, the Economy and Recession board covers some of the biggest ticket items (houses, job prospects and business success).
It can help people prepare themselves for the future.
Why has it been hidden from public viewing?

This was fully covered in Martin's thread "IMPORTANT WARNING! The future of this board."
In fact, you were the last person to view this thread. It was only a few days ago, forgotten already?0 -
The 'unwelcome' immigration debates stopped when they banned Dervish.
The question stands.

Thread moved to site feedback board.
In my VERY humble opinion, this isn't THE most important forum on the board because there isn't much advice as such. It's mostly discussion for people to pick and choose what bits of information they want to hear, with some of you verging on utter claptrap conspiracy theories about things.
I do think the debt-free forum is better as they give support and practical advice for people who are in actual trouble how to pay off their debts. (I'm sure none of would consider being in debt but some people do get into trouble and some of them choose to seek help and choose to pay it all back, much as you don't believe it)0 -

Agreed. Possibly the least friendly board on MSE, and often not in the spirit of MSE. If newbies were to venture there first, I doubt they would stick around for long, unless of course they were just looking for an argument?Gone ... or have I?0
