I used this company last week to get flowers delivered to my mother in law for her birthday. Not only did they turn up a day late, the were brown and wilted too! They had been sent by royal mail and had no water well for the stems to sit in. Also for what i paid the size of the bunch was tiny!
I called customer services (this took 3 hrs of ringing with no answer and then calling back the following morning ) they basically didnt believe a word i said! My mother in law has no internet so couldnt email me a pic (she lives 200miles away). I didnt even get an apology let alone my money back or a fresh bunch of flowers. They would take no responsibility whatsoever.
Avoid this company like the plague!

I am sure I've read bad things about them from other people on here, or maybe they were on Watchdog....try emailing Watchdog and searching these forums...

I bought a calvin klein watch and when it arrived it was not perfect so i sent it back and they basically blamed me for putting light scratches and therefore making unsellable as a new watch and did not give me full refund , hard to prove over the telephone and i was not given any benefit of doubt at all and i felt insulted , and lost 70 pounds ,
just thought i would warn people .
