Hi, Just wonder if anyone can briefly tell me the way things work with such an issue?
I may seem a little vague as it is my daughter who's got the issue, and none have our family have had issues with internet based selling before.
Quite simple really, she ordered an electrical item priced at just under £300 from said company, paid by debit card, the company went bust the following day.
Yes of cause if she had paid by credit card/paypal she would have been protected, but unfortunately she doesn't use either. Not even sure as yet if it was a Visa card, reading on the forum it seems they operate some sort of compensation scheme.
Whats the course of action? Just so happens they are moving house today so she's a little "unavailable".
Thanks for any help:T
