What does registry keys infected mean?

As title, did full scan with malware (sp) and got report to say above?

Basically it means that your security has been compromised and your computer is infected by malware, If you have'nt already you need to download malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php , update the program , do a full scan and have it fix all problems.Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm WELSH. .0

Downloaded malwarebytes yesterday, did a full scan overnight, got report and removed problems as instructed, do I need to do anything else? Thanks for reply0
