Supanet and Junk Mail

I have a Supanet email account but no junk mail folder. Have been sent an important email today which I think has been classed as spam and I need to retrieve it urgently. Have phoned Supanet and they said they would ring me back....guess what...no callback. I never have any spam or junk mail in my inbox so it must be going somewhere...any ideas?

are you using your browser (like internet explorer?) or are you using a program such as outlook express?0

I get onto my emails via outlook express but I can also access them via supanet's homepage. I've tried both ways but no junk to be seen anywhere....:mad:0
