Hi,
Over a month ago I sent a claim to HSBC via the financial hardship letter template but I've not had anything back from them - what letter do I send to them now? I'm confused how to take this further if they've not even acknowledge my letter or sent me the financial statement to fill in.
I've also sent the data protection claim letter to Llloyds, Barclays and Barclaycard - all with a £10 cheque enclosed but only one has cashed the cheque and again I've not had a single letter back from any of them.
What do I do now as it seems I've done everything that's been suggested in the letter templates.
