Help need to get money back off Virgin

Hello,

Iv had a Virgin broadband contract for about 6 months and recently moved from a cable area to a national and had to pay BT an installation fee of £122.50.
I told Virgin I really didnt want to pay that much for a phone line I dont really need and asked about ending my contract.

The woman on the phone said if I pay the £122.50 fee to BT and fax them the bill they will send me a cheque back to cover the costs so I can stay in my contract.

Problem is now, Im currently on hold (and have been for 30mins) and being passed from department to department because none of the staff have heard of it before and dont know the fax number.

Has anyone else claimed installation fee's back from Virgin Media?
I'd of ended the contract 2 months ago when this all started if I knew this would happen. I've now paid the fee and got a 12 month BT contract and still in my Virgin contract!

WOO HOO!!!

After getting no joy from the general enquires team I phoned the house moving team and got the fax number within 5mins.

£122.50 will be credited to my virgin account

Please can you let me have the fax number... I have been searching for it for a while and getting the run around like you.
