Our offer just got accepted!!

Very excited but still early days!

The house was on offer for £125,000 this time last year, dropped to £100,000 over time and we got it for £92,000

We offered £90,000 on Monday, got rejected. Offered £91,250 this morning, the EA got back to me saying the vendor will accept £92,000 so we said yes!:j
