Can you change from non income assessed to income assessed?

Hey everyone!
I've made a big mistake I think, I've gone for non income assessed by accident and I need to change it. Will they change it do you think or will I have to be poor all year?!?

You can fill in a change in circumstances form to get it changed. Not sure where the form is though.0
