has anyone tried to get their interest rate reduced with Capital One? I f you have what was the outcome? 0

I had a capital one classic card. The one that charges 29.9%. I asked for an intrest rate reduction and was told they could not reduce it, but could close the account and reapply for one of their lower rate cards.I came into this world with nothing and I'm gonna leave with nothing.0
