Thanks all for replying and suggestions, well almost all.
I have just been back from a session, done another 10 mins on the treadmill as part of my workout, still find it a little difficult to do cardio even though the temp in the evening dropped.
I think i'll give environmental health a call to clarify on this aspect.
Halloway - what was my problem got to do with the sauna? I'm talking about cardio workout in the gym not in the sauna! Although it felt like a sauna workout with the good weathers. I'm aware there isn't a upper temp limit in a workplace, it's a workplace for the staff there, it isn't mine.0 -
