Hey Guys
I bought a £1000 Sony Laptop from John Lewis in 2007 with a free 2 year warranty.
It has gone wrong ENDLESS times and been in for repair.
They just called me to tell me because they think its too costly to fix, They would like to give me £440 off another one?
Now I dont really think thats enough?
Thoughts?

How much would you need to add to it to get a new similar spec'd PC from them?
Keep in mind laptops have reduced in price since 2007 like-for-like.0 -
