Ordered for wife a CD alarm clock/radio a few weeks back.
Received the order back in a little less than a week. Unfortunately the CD button would forward CD's or stop. Sent the item back via parcel farce. 5 days later got a new one back (with refund of full postage costs) again the cd player wasn't working right in fact the spindle was too low and had dropped so cds wouldn't attach to it.
Rang them up on Monday explained it was for Christmas. They said that they would collect it via courier the next day and replace it there an then, which they did.
Greta service. It was only worth £40 so the couldn't have made anything from all the postage costs etc. All in all very pleased, the 3rd one works fine.
