PCN parking ticket

I just got a ticket on my window from my local council, shall i just pay the fine or is it worth appealing, it was my own fault because i parked somewhere where you shouldn’t park

this is where i parked in red (its a marked yellow box)

The expertswill be along later but in the meantime pics of the car park signs would be useful.

Unfortunately its pay up. IIRC Excess charge notices are under different regs to PCN's and if are a magistrate court thing. Parking on those hatched lines would be a slam dunk to them, then you would have extra charges to pay.
