Hi,You need to put an end date on.Just follow the usual format.I think the link may be faulty as I can't open it in IE or FF.

I hope this can be of some use to others. I have vertigo, and this would certainly not be a dream for me - more like a nightmare - lol. Personally, I won't be entering, but I hope someone on here wins. I've got so much out of this site, and I would really like to help others to get as much back.
