It could be that they have spotted a discrepancy - or investigated if they've found their tills stuffed full of these vouchers. Since the T&Cs do say that you can only use one voucher per person/clubcard, etc. they are within their rights to deduct the 'fradulantly' obtained points don't you think?

I use more than one voucher but I don't take the !!!!!! - luckily I have enough stores nearby to only go to one, give them a voucher and then go to another store, and then return a week later with the next voucher, etc.

Out of the last 3 times I've been into a store, they've given me the voucher back twice. At different stores - random!
  • I've just spend over £5 in WHSmiths today & I didn't think to check on here for another voucher boo

Bought 6 1st class stamps for just under £2.00 and got £2.50 back on clubcard via the voucher. Many thanks to person who posted this. :)

I've used 4 vouchers. Yesterday she added the points and then deducted the spend so I had free shoping and £1.49 worth of points. Today on 3 transactions I used the vouchers again. Perhaps I'll spend the points tomorrow in case they take them off me.

Oh, yeah sometimes it says 'Points balance not available' or something like that? Complete PITA when that happens as it means you can't redeem the points during that store visit. :(

WHSmith clubcard point (like it says in the title of the thread).

For future referance on these, they can only be used in main high street stores and not `travel' branches ie railway stations and airports.
