Ebuyer deliverys slow

Purchased a usb hard drive on the 12th December had to change the order as I got an email to say that item wasnt in stock so I did the same day. I choose the cheapest delivery option super saver.

On 15th as item still hadnt been shipped I added another item and the delivery changed by an extra day if my memory severs me right.

Order hadnt changed status orginal order for usb hard drive and a few other small items (said in stock) said "allocated" status from 12th hasnt changed at all.

Okay I am building a pc for mother in law with parts I got kicking around and need some extra new parts to complete, so I added some more items on 16th. Delivery changed again and now is due for delivery on 24th.

Okay I no theres 1 more day to go for delivery to go out assumimg its next day, but status hasnt changed in almost a week.

Orginal order parts stated Allocated

added parts stated Not Allocated (some items status hasnt changed in a week)

This is annoying me now, this is my main present to myself (I dont get many) perhaps a unselfish act my part building a pc for someone else has now delayed my present. I probbably get the odd socks and pants etc :( and mother in law whos getting the pc which is worth about £100 I get some eek dare I say it present that I never use, I got several from years back that are still in there boxes.

Anyhow it aint her fault about parts etc. But I do think Ebuyer are taking rather a long time, and now I really aint looking forward to Christmas.

Sorry to rant on, I have had a !!!!!! year gone through hell and back due to emploment problems which affected my health. Last new years day I was submitted to hospital with supected heart attack, thankfully it was stress related, but it rarely goes away. Sorry again to rant feeling rather low today :)

Hope you all have a good Christmas an yhow.

Ive found ebuyer to usually be pretty prompt in delivery, infact on the last order about a week ago, I recieved a delivery upgrade by 1 day... So got the package early.

When you placed the order, did you check to see if it was in stock at the time ?

Orginal order wasnt in stock however I did get a email within 10 minutes of placing it informing me that it was out o stock and giving me alternatives whihc I did straight away.

Think its a case of seasonal workload for them and me changing the order and selecting cheap delivery.

Well I closed my last enote ticket as they had since the 20th to reply and didnt. They still claim it takes 2 days to reply even today when I started another enote.

No delivery of items since ordering on the 12th. "4th was suppose to be delivery date they didnt even notify me of why it hasnt been sent. Checking the order status it hasnt changed in 2 weeks. These items were in stock when I ordered them. The only way you can contact this company is by letter.

In there terms and conditions they state

    http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/help/index.html?rb=4134298880&action=c2hvd190ZXJtcw==

7.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Supplier by hand, post, fax, email or via the Returns on Line section of our website, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.

But you cant notify them any other way BUT by letter. No phone calls, enotes don't get answered. This bloody awful company I hate them. I want my order, or cancel it now and get it from a reputable company not these cowboys.
