The prize for the winner will be provided by the travel provider, Virgin Holidays and will include:
(a) two return economy flights to Boston from a UK airport specified by Virgin Holidays;
(b) two nights accommodation and breakfast at the Boston Omni Parker House Hotel and two nights accommodation and breakfast at the Amelia Payson House in Salem or the Salem inn, depending on the time of year;
(c) two tickets for the Salem Ferry;
(d) a meal for two at the Finz Seafood & Grill in Salem;
(e) dinner for two at Nathaniel’s Restaurant in the Hawthorne Hotel; and
(f) two entry passes to the following attractions: Historic New England’s Phillips House, Salem Witch Museum, The House of the Seven Gables, Witch Dungeon Museum, Witch History Museum and The Witches Cottage at the Griffin Theatre.
The prize does not include:
ground and air transportation and transfers, spending money, personal expenses, travel and health insurance, gratuities, additional accommodation expenses such as telephone calls, upgrades and incidentals, and all applicable taxes.
The winner and chosen companion are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, valid passports or other travel documentation.
The prize must be claimed before 30th June 2010 and will not be valid during named holiday periods and public holidays in the UK and USA.
All travelling dates and times are subject to availability.In the event that the winner cannot make these dates, no alternative dates will be possible and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner.
The winner will be notified via email by 12th October 2009. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification.
