Does a cause b and c or
Does b cause a and c or
Does c cause a because I forget that I need to sleep, which then causes b?
Either way it goes, it's really annoying
My memory for recent things is becoming quite poor at times and yet I can remember facts from years ago.
Insomnia is really bad at the moment - I know the heat doesn't help, but I really want a good sleep, go to bed feeling tired, then just can't drift off to sleep.
Various health problems are causing me to feel down, but it's one more thing I didn't need.
Self indulgent thread, so forgive me but

i sleep way to much when i do sleep so often miss out on morningsLife is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?0 -
Hi Pip
Sorry your having a rough time I would more than likely say all three go together, if you have probs sleeping maybe this could cause depression and memory loss because of the sleep deprivation.
I know how you feel I also have health issues and finding it a struggle.
Maybe you could make an appt with the doctors just to make sure.
Take care of yourself.
Best wishes

Hi Pip
Having same problems as you, but I know its down to the heat for me. This causes lack of sleep and the rest follows. Make a gp apointment and see if they can help.I used to be me !! what happened0 -
Not sure about a causing b, but a definately causes c with me - some days I can hardly speak from being so tired - even the easiest of words completely go out of my mind - end up having to describe what word i'm looking for to the OH!!!!! Like you though ..... have an excellant long term memory.
Just try not to stress out over not being able to sleep as it makes it worse .... sorry its making you feel rubbish x0 -

It's one of those that you put up with, but every now and then it get you down
