    The same happened with me and I put the code in again which I knew didn't have an email from and it accepted it again and get a LEM back. Maybe they are having problems with the entry page. Just enter the codes again that you didn't have an email back for. If it says its already been done then you know you entered it, if it lets you enter it again then you should get the email back.
