After over 300 cans and down to my last 12 pack i finally won this afternoon so i can finally stop the torment of bashing the codes in and the dejection of all the LEM's!
To all winners - I was just wondering how the music subscription worked. Is it just a code for a website from which you can download music? If so, is it transferable or is it tied to the phone's IMEI or something?
I'm not a big new music fan and i was wondering if i could give it to my brother as a birthday gift.
Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone with the remaining draws.
Well done Bill and pete:T
The music subscription is done by code which comes in the box to be used on the website.
The things I do know: the subscription is tied to one phone on one computer and anything downloaded can not be recorded on to disc or shared with mates phones, you have to pay for this as it's pirating otherwise. My son told me all that technical bit.
Whether you can not use the code yourself and give it to a mate to use on his phone and computer I really don't know, as you say it could be IMEI'd.
Not that my son knows everything but he said that he had to register the phone with the website before downloading any music and that could either be a way of IMEI checking or just a way of keeping the one phone one computer rule.
He wondered though that not only would your mate have to have a nokia phone to be able to use it if he can but would it also have to be a music express phone as they're the only ones that come with free music?
Not that he was ever thinking of giving up his voucher, he's a teenager so you can imagine he thinks that's the whole best bit of the deal. LOL
Hope someone will step in and answer this so much better for you.0 -

Anyway, I digress.... under the Tesco offer label there was another label saying buy a Pepsi product and we will enter you in a draw to win a Nokia 5800???? Wonder if it is done through the clubcard details then? Has anyone else seen this?
Also saw that in Tesco's last weekend and it totally threw me. In fact, I took one of those shelf labels home with me (it had fallen off the shelf) to research it but I am still in the dark. Here's the exact wording - maybe someone else will have a clue:
"Win a Nokia 5800 Comes With Music, Speakers, 8GB Memory Card & FM Transmitter. To enter, buy any Pepsi Product and Scan Your Tesco Clubcard.

I think you should make the winner a Pepsi (decorated, not flavoured!) cake!

PB, you feeling any better today?
Thank you m'dear for your entry - although I can't imagine anyone here being able to face a Pepsi cake!
Feeling rotten today but it's just the normal Lupus stuff - the upset tummy has fled, which is good.
Also feeling pleased/apprehensive about having my hair cut tomorrow. The salon across the road (which is never exactly busy :undecided) has a new stylist and she's offering FREE cuts to build up her customer base. So I'm going to try it and see. But I always worry about haircuts because I have had some unspeakably dreadful things done to me by hairdressers over the years who tell me that it "looks funky" or "is the newest style" - and yet it inevitably makes me look like I've had a drunken accident with a chainsaw :rotfl:
Thanks Isabelle for following up on Clutterfree's Tesco thingymabob.

I can't see anything on Tesco OR Pepsi site about it but I'll have a peek in my Tesco tomorrow and maybe ask a sales assistantLiving with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -
I previously posted on this thread a link to Nigella Lawson's recipe for Ham in Coca Cola >>clicky<< (where obviously Coke can be replaced with Pepsi).
Here's another of Nigella recipes - Cola Cake >>clicky<<
Maybe PB would like to give that a go once this competition is over :rotfl:
nb: I've made that cake once before and it is actually quite nice - to be truthful it just tasted of chocolate (which to me is a good thing always)
Good night to everyone snoring away on the Losers Sofa - best of luck for tomorrow0 -

Hmmmmm, I might just try that. But, coke/pepsi etc don't really taste of anything much, to be honest do they? So I imagine that it would just taste of chocolateLiving with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -
