to all winners of phones,as we have no reciept of proof of purchase for warranty reasons,i rank britvic who sent me a letter saying im the owner of the phone,winner of phone and nokia can contact them anytime ,as nokia told me they would want some kind of proof the phone is mine etc to claim on any warranty, two years warranty we get as well,

well done britvic on helping me out.

That's some smart thinking there - I never even thought about the warranty etc

I received my phone this morning but was waiting till DH got home before actually getting it out of the box. He has just noticed that there is no security seal on the box (there normally is on a new phone, I am sure). Has anyone else noticed this or is it just mine. I know the box itself is in another "sleeve" type thing (the stripey one) but I would have thought it should still have a security seal on the actual box

Mine didn't have a seal on either, I thought it was odd too
