Query for previous winners - my Nokia 5800 occasionally freezes/ turns off - getting quite bad. Does anyone elses do this and who do I go to to get it fixed. Do I send it to Nokia or back to the promoter

I've only used mine for exploring the applications it seems to turn off & lock the keys all the time, getting fed up of the unlocking key message.

The specialist Nokia shop I went to on Saturday was useless for the queries I had then, I've since figured that bit out myself and have other questions. There is a far more comphrehensive instruction book to download on the Nokia website which has helped me.

At the moment I'm not sure if its me or the phone but it would be useful to know who we go to if there is a fault.

QPRanger you can turn off the auto key guard in your phone management (settings) or change the time before that activates
