Both WEMs and LEMs come from no-reply@pepsi.co.uk . The WEM will come with "urgent" priority level. The heading of the WEM is "You've won a Nokia 5800 with Pepsi!!".

In any case I would not worry if you miss the WEM - you'll still get a phone call from Pepsi to confirm your address anyway.
