I just called spoke with a really helpfull man, took my details and is going to trace my codes, he believes all codes entered will have be in the relevent draws. He is going to call/email tomorrow with the results. xx

let me get this right - is he say that if we entered during these times their would of been a draw and he / they will let winners know ?

I am confused now , as if it was down how can it work ?

You would think Pepsi would post a message on their website explaining what happened yesterday and what the situation is with codes that were entered. Would certainly prevent them getting loads of phone calls today!

He said that they suspended website enteries at some point yesterday, not sure what happened to those who text them?

If yu call them and say you entered via web/text they are able to trace all enteries. xx

Does that mean that we won't automatically get a lem or wem email and have to actually phone them to check if we've won? That's a bit poor. I wonder if you've won will you still get a phone call even though you haven't received a wem?

thanks for the phone number to Pepsi,I just rung them and spoke to a nice man who has taken my e-mail address to send to the tech guys to check how many entries I have placed have actually gone in to the promotion but it takes all night to do and I wont get a reply by e-mail until tomorrow.

Thanks KittyCatty - i rang and spoke to a lovely woman who basically told me the same as you. Apparently the comp is run by a 3rd party and pepsi are going to contact them and trace codes entered via email addy and mobile number. I asked if she wanted the codes i entered and she said no, they can trace without them. Bit worrying as i text and web entered the same code and was accepted twice eeek.
I also mentioned about there contact us form, re: in the uk and being redirected to country you reside in, on the pepsi uk team website. She was grateful for the info and will report it to the techies. She said 'good job your on the ball this morning'
i replied ' im high on e-numbers and caffine, everything seems to be working faster'
Luckily she saw the funny side, and even said you must be sick of pepsi now. I told her i think im actually addicted to the stuff now, she laughed. 'Well hopefully you will get a phone out of it', she said.
She better be right!! lol

Also, It'd be really helpful to know how many entries current winners have entered. I am debating the feasability of this as money is tight :P Well winners, how many tried did you have? Perhaps we could add it to the bench
