 Pepsi are starting to really pee me off now! Not only am I a loser (which I can deal with - its just luck after all), but I got the following message from them after using the 'contact us' button on the comp page for entering codes:

Thank you for your enquiry. Currently the Pepsi UK website deals only with enquiries within and about the UK. However, your questions, comments and suggestions are of great interest to Pepsi. Therefore we suggest you forward your enquiry to the Pepsi Team of your own country.

    Many thanks

    The UK Pepsi Team

 Ummmm???? Hellllooooo - I live in Northern Ireland?? Pepsi may want to put their promo staff through a geography lesson. Where would they like me to contact? After 3 more unsuccessful attempts to contact them re a discrepancy in the Pepsi/Nokia promo (just kept getting the - 'try your own country' message, I finally managed to submit a query to customer services - but had to put my address as London lol.

Question I wanted answered is: On cans, t&cs say open to entrants from UK (which would include NI), but on website says open to GB, CI and IOM (which would exclude NI). Really just wanted clarification as don't want to waste my codes on website? I await their reply. Will update when received.

Out of curiosity - have any peeps from NI won via web entry? Hopefully the answer is yes.

    Rant over lol :o

Hi - I live in NI also so would be interested to hear what they say. I have to say I didn't notice the 'GB' on the website T&Cs. As my web entries have been going through and I've been getting lems, I don't think there is a problem with people from NI entering - we are in the UK after all!!

Yep, agree Bonrosie, it just seems to be Pepsi who are confused (t&cs are def different on website and cans). My web entries do go through and I get the LEMs, but the fact that my details generated that reply, ie 'contact your own country' from the same page and similar details submitted to the ones I enter for the comp, make me suspicious.......

When they come back to me I'll certainly update, I'm sure its just been a mistake on their part somewhere along the way (hopefully) :D

It better be a mistake - or else I've wasted 150 online entries!! I hate it when companies don't know the difference between GB and UK ( and think N.Ireland is 'in Ireland' and not in the UK!)

That's one of the reasons I check the t&cs. Had a long running battle by email with Lidl a while back cos they wouldnt accept an entry for a comp from NI as they didn't accept it as UK. Most other companies just admit their mistake and rectify.

I did also watch the names/towns scrolling along their winning line on the entry page and didn't see anyone from NI - but maybe just didn't watch for long enough.

ps - hope we both win and prove my suspicion wrong lol. and can any Norn Ironers who have won via web please let us know

Update: No patience to wait on their reply email so have a tele number for their customer services and will ring them in the morning first thing (off work on hols)
