I'm sorry to hear that, but I thought I ought to let people know what I experienced this mornring. There have been a few times I have not recieved LEM's and I thought oh well, it must have got missed, so this morning I thought I would re-try.

One code for which I didn't receive a LEM, I re-entered but it said already redeemed! Another one went through the second time though and I got a LEM, so it's worth trying again!

Is it possible you entered the first code wrong - an invalid code will appear to be accepted but you will simply not be entered into the draw & you will not receive a LEM.

I just have two codes that I've used this morning so tried one again and it came up saying already redeemed so it can go in the bucket, with the hundreds of others

It happened to me once where I re-entered a code I never recieved an email for, I also thought that I must have entered it incorrectly?

An invalid code comes up invalid when you enter it straight away before you put your details in. It was entered correctly and after I entered my details I got the your code entered screen. That is why I was suprised that I didn't get a LEM so decided to try again.
