From looking at the first few posts of this thread... there were many many winners from MSE. :money:

However, this promotion has become more and more popular due to promotion packs now being easy to pick-up in store, school holidays starting in addition to the competition being advertised on national TV.

As a result, I would imagine the chances of winning are now significently lower than at any other time during the competition.

People buying 50+ cans over and over doesn't seem very 'moneysaving' as it looks like odds are stacked against people.

Good luck anyhow everyone. Just remember to stick to your limit on how much you can afford to gamble.

No Mse Winners today then? I was coming to see how people were getting on.I went to carphonewarehouse and actually saw a Nokia 5800 right there and then on a service desk as a customer was looking at one and learning how to use it.I had a look too and she didnt mind.It has great graphics from what I saw and a bouncing ball game too and its worth £210.00 on pay as you go.Thats as close to one I am ever going to get.

£210? I suppose the £299 valuation is because of the 'comes with music' addon. I don't personally consider this as anything special as music can be obtained from other sources.

So as you say, £200ish is the price that they are worth. No doubt Pepsi buy them for under £100 in return for advertising the hell out of them.

I would however, advise people to read the first 5 pages of this thread if they haven't already. 90% of early posters have a 'Nokia 5800' win on their signature. One person even won FOUR in quick sucession! It definitely pays to notice these comps early.

Good luck again to people still trying. Can see 3 or 4 more winners from MSE until the end. Hopefully more... but doubt it!

Think Ive changed my mind.

Dont think I will bother buying any more packs of pepsi tomorrow, think i'll do 2 thunderballs instead and buy a scratch card. Got more chance of winning something on that me thinks.Haha!! Ive got a few cans left which I will enter tomorrow

And hopefully I will get a good '1st' win in one of the other free competitions!

Does anyone think it may be better to wait until closer to the end of the comp now? I was thinking as most people win they may stop entering or get bored of it and give up so maybe waiting a few weeks may help? What do you lot think?

Oooh, go on rub it in! I've been entering since the very first damned draw! :rotfl:

Think I might do just that

It ends on 31st August, so I might start entering codes a week before that and see how it goes. Thanks for the idea minnie;)
