Yep. both still have caffeine.
Pepsi Max is meant to be like a low sugar version of Pepsi, whereas Diet Pepsi is low calorie with sweeteners (I think).

My iPhone kept freezing a couple of weeks ago, I took it back to the O2 shop and they sent it off to Apple for repair. Turned out there was some unfixable fault with the phone, but because it was under warranty they sent me a brand new one. If it's still in warranty maybe try taking it into an Apple shop?

They're both sugar-free & contain caffeine; they're just sweetened with slightly different artificial sweeteners. I think Pepsi Max has even less calories than Diet Pepsi (which only has about 1 calorie per can anyway!)
