hello.
Just found my old email address listed as a contact on my Littlewoods account.
This email address was from BT and was a dial up connection.
I no longer have a BT landline.
Is there anyway I can still use this old address (or at least have a peep at all those emails that must be waiting for replies!!!).
Thanks in advance if anyone can help me.

If you can still remember the password you may be able to access it via Mail2Web.0
-
You could try logging into the webmail service (if BT have one), but they probably closed your mailbox when you cancelled your account0

Contact the ISP that owns that account pass some security questions and you should be able to gain access as they may tell you the password or dish out a new one.0 -
I'd start by posting message to your old address. See if it bounces. If it does that should indicate whether the account is still live, or possibly whether the mailbox is full. If you can ascertain that it no longer exists, then you don't need to do anything.0

If you click on the link that I gave in post #4, you can then click on the Forgotten Password link for assistance. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

When you find your password just create a new idenity / account in Outlook / Outlook Express and stick your details in there. Put the BT POP3 details in but your new ISP's SMTP details in.0

This may not be possible as some of the old BT mail accounts now only allow POP3 access if a subscription is paid.
