Just to throw a question in.....what happens if the nrp resigns from their job?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0

They take that as 'deprivation of income' and still expect you to find the money you would have had to pay if you still worked! Though how is a mystrey to everyone I have spoken to!0

Not anymore that is not a request that they can make as it comes under debt councilling, and that is covered by the FSA. Unless the person that is talking to you and suggests this as a method of payment has thier own CCL that is an unlawful act, end of.0

sorry to hijack your thread George:o, would this then mean they would face a prison sentance if they had no income and were unable to pay or could you go after their house that they jointly own with a new wife?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0

There is the option for them to apply for a prison sentance, but if you have no job or income other than IS it would be difficult to see how this would hold up! They would have to accept the fact that they can't have what you have not got and I feel that the judge would point this out to them!0

Having trawled this site with regards to the csa I am astonished how people are treated on both sides. I thought that the csa were bought in to make sure that fathers that left still contributed to their childrens upbringing but reading on here I can see that in most cases it just causes alot of bitterness and wrecks the relationship with the children:(:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0

I spoke to her today and she has contacted the CSA so I await their call. Sad thing is, I'd have stretched the payment to 20% (of my pay) if only she could have negotiated a little.
You will have to declare the rent from your buy to let, as that is income too.0
