hi ,presently waiting for reply from nat west about my hardship case .
i posted ( recorded delivery ) my income expenditure forms
along all my commitmants from various bailliffs & soliciters ect
claiming £ 4,400 hopefully ,
so ive waited 2 weeks now for responce when do i ring or contact
them , i was going to wait till monday then go all out pestering
them till they get sick to the back teeth of me lol
so does any one know how long i should wait for responce ?

hi , yes i think so £ 1800 coucil tax last years @ £ 220 pm ( jacobs )
scotcall . brian carter = £ 3489.00
basically total net inc = £ 1359.00
total m expen= £ 1758.00
then there is £ 500.00 to find to meet my commitments
is this helpfull ?
so if this isnt a case for hardship , ill eat my hat pmsl
notice of seizure papers for last year , same to come shortly
for this year ,
basically being in the building game no houses to build !
we are crippled losing £1800.00 pm net

Next question is whether there are payment plans in place to cover priority debt arrears which means Mortgage/rent arrears, council tax arrears, utilities arrears?
Are the other debts loans? are any of them Hire purchase for car to get to work?0 -

total expend pm £1758

over £ 500 . i have no loans to pay back
my nutshell = 1360
- 1758
= 390 negative
then have to find £ 550 per month to pay
priority .& other debts which must be met
if not ive the sodding bailiffs at my door !!
im sorry but thats it in a nutshell . if poeple cleverer
than me cant see we are sinking well were doomed
dont get me wrong if i was back into work , which isnt
likely for a while we would get by ok
maybe not the answer your looking for my freind
but hope you fill me in a bit ?

ok .. yes ive filled the icome / expediture form & posted , i rang natwest responce team today after 9 days of the m receiving it , the nice girl
said nothing to report as yet , but thinks around another week or 2 max
for a reponce ?
all the figures ive put to you are my mrs monthly salary
of which i receive £ 90 a week child tax credit ( 2 kids 10 & 14 )
also of which she received £ 68 but this year they have halved hers
cos they said they overpiad !! which is good crack also !
