Reclaiming from a closed Halifax Bank account?

EDIT: call the ICO on 01625 545745. Explain you asked for statements on a closed account and tell them the date it was closed but the bank is refusing to give you bank statements on the account. Ask for their advice.

I will keep this number for future reference as I made need this for my issue.
