Competition Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
3. Employees of the Toys "R" Us group of companies, their agents and families are excluded from entering the draw.
4. Those professionally associated with the promotion and their families are excluded from entering the draw.
5. Entry into this competition confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by the decisions of Toys "R" Us.
6. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person. Entries from agents or third parties are invalid. Proof of sending is not regarded as proof of receipt.
7. Toys "R" Us cannot be held responsible for entries lost, delayed or unclear.
8. There will be one (1) winner with one (1) prize .
   1. Entries must be received by 5.00pm on Friday 31st July 2009. Any entries received after this time and date will not be included in the draw.
   2. The draw will take place after 5.00pm on Friday 31st July 2009. The winner will be notified by email, phone call or letter on or before Friday 14th July 2009.
   3. The winners will be selected at random from all the entries received before the closing date and time.
   4. The winners may also be contacted by the promoters agents or third parties to arrange provision of the prize.
   5. Should Toys "R" Us be unable to contact the winners, or the winners fail to accept the prize by email, phone call or letter, before 5.00pm on Friday 14th July 2009, another winner will be selected at random.
   6. Entry to the Prize Draw can only be made by submitting an entry form online at http://www.toysrus.co.uk
   7. The prize draw winner's name and county address will be available from the Winner's List – Walking with Dinosaurs, Toys "R" Us – Ecommerce Department, Geoffrey House, Vanwall Business Park, Maidenhead, SL6 4UB between Monday 17th August 2009 and Friday 4th September 2009, provided a SAE is enclosed.
9. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant of this Toys "R" Us Prize Draw, to take publicity photographs and interview the winner and for these to be used by Toys "R" Us in any media publication.
10. The first prize is one Family Ticket to see Walking with Dinosaurs The Arena Spectacular.
11. Competition tickets are valid for the first performance in your local venue only, and are subject to availability.
12. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. Toys "R" Us reserves the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.
13. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
