bingo magix - HELP i,ve been ripped off

i signed up to a bingo site called bingo magix through quidco (got the cashback) registered and deposited £10 with my barclaycard, after making the requirements for the cashback, i had a small balance left so i withdrew the money.
the next thing i hear is that they cannot process the transaction because i cannot withdraw anything unless its over £50, how ridiculous is this?
so what do i do? deposit another £50 and then try the withdrawal again, but to my suprise it was declined again, the reason for this being that i had not met the wagering requirements, which were 4 x the deposit of £50 plus bonus of 25 BBs, so £300. if this had been explained in the first instance i would not have deposit a further £50.00
ive played on lots of different bingo, casino and poker sites and never had this problem before, wagering requirement are only usually related to bonuses, not on actual deposits.
another condition i found out while i was talking to their "live chat" was that a withdrawal can only be made after 30 days of making a deposit, so because my deposit was on 15th may, i was told to make a deposit first before trying to meet the wagering requirements, which would then increase, its all a big con.
now i am stuck with a balance of £64.13.
is there anything i can do? is there anywhere i can take this matter further, like the FSA or an ombudsman?
i understand that i should have read the rules before depositing but i cant believe that their wagering requirements and rules for withdrawing can be legal, the odds of ever being able to withdraw anything are so slim. i think the site is a complete scam.
i would be more than happy to lose any bonuses and just be refunded my £50 back
can anybody help me?

Out of curiosity, I had a look at the T&Cs on the web page, and there aren't any!!! Even when you go to sign up, there are no T&Cs, and then when you try to deposit money, it doesn't mention anything about this either!
I would contact trading standards, as I believe they should have made that clear from the start.
(ps - i think online bingo is seriously sad!!)Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Not a huge amount that can be done. Unfortunatly T&C's of these places are made to be able to hold onto your money.
Have you played with any bonus money and what would that be?
Could you tell them you don't want the sign-up bonus and to take that off the account (BB money only) and then withdraw the £64.13?
Waive the bonus therefore no Wagering requirement?August Make £10 per day £0/£310Credit Card Debt Paid Off £42/2952.680 -
Looks like they have been taken off quidco0

regarding the bonus, i played through it all, and winnings went into my cash balance, which is £64.13, tried to say i would lose the bonus but they wouldnt have any of it.
have now emailed trading standards, and await their reply....its only a bargain, if you need it or will use it.

Just noticed in their T&C's that the "Free" £15 they give you for signing up can be played but you cannot withdraw any winnings from it so in effect you are playing for the site and if you win then it goes towards their profits.0

DO NOT USE BINGOMAGIX - you have no chance of getting any winnings back! At one point I was £89 up - but was told to gamble another £300 and provide my passport if I wanted the cash back. Daylight robbery and totally immoral. I feel like I've been mugged:mad:0
