I ordered the egg fridge in white, got an email to say it was oos. On website the silver is still in stock but at 44.99. I phoned up today and asked to change the white order to silver.
He said no problem it is 44.99, i replied that i wanted it at the same price, oh ok he said but I will have to refund the 25.00 once you have paid the 44.99.

Hope this works but if not i will just return it.

Just checked and ordered 23rd at 1.00pm got confirmation of order due to be delivered by 7th but have heard nothing else, also in website it is still showing as order processing its not budged and im wondering if im going to be lucky and get the order or if by now both items are gone as web showing o.s. Should i be concerned or is this normal and my package will appear today or tomorrow?

Just to let everyone know, the juice extractor is currently in stock (but probably not for long). Mine arrived yesterday and I've already tried it out. It it incredibly powerful for its size and produces very good juice. However, if there's one criticism I have of it, it's the fact that it could have done with one extra speed setting lower because even the low setting is a bit too fast for very soft fruits/vegetables like tomatoes.

Also, if you use any of the recipes in the manual, I'd suggest not adding any celery to any of the recipes which include it as an ingredient. Eating celery normally is bad enough but celery juice is absolutely disgusting!

Hmm... well I placed an order with a couple of bargains plus some other bits and bobs on 24th December. Then I realised I had forgotten to use the 10% discount, so I cancelled that online and duplicated it with the code.

Yesterday I got a dispatched email for the cancelled order with the bargains unavailable - one of which is currently in stock at the same price. God knows what will happen with the amended order. The website still shows the orders as "cancellation pending" and "being processed".

Shambles!

ordered the breadmaker for £50 on the 23/12 kept checking boots site for further info, was always processing finally recieved an email saying its being shipped today 10 minutes later it arrived god knows what speed the courier was doing ;D anyway sitting here pigging out on fresh bread thanks to the op

Ordered my juicer on 23rd Dec and received it yesterday. Disagree re celery - had apple and celery and it was yummy. I am now going to survive on fresh juice and cheap virgin wines!

Missed the delivery - someone from "Business express" left a card. Unless I pick it up today it'll go back as I won't be in next week. They do not answer the phone and have no idea where their depot is. Anyone knows a web site for them (couldn't go far with google). I am in London. Local depot says to be Park Royal but again I'd need an adress.
