I must say that Boots online shopping is the pits.

I ordered some hampers and a shaver well before Christmas and at the expected delivery date 16/12 I received an e-mail saying my item (singular) was out of stock. I checked stocks for the shaver and it was still in stock but, to be on the safe side ordered another and some perfume (for my Aunty). The order was placed within the deadline for before Christmas delivery but they then changed the goalposts and said expected delivery date 7th Jan!

They did not respond to any of my e-mails but, as a bonus (had used Reestits 10% discount) the deducted the whole discount I would have had off the order, from the perfume so instead of paying £26.50 I was only charged £16.35. Will save this for her for next year!

Sorry, forgot to say both orders for shaver were not honoured but did manage to get one from LXDirect and successfully used the £25 discount and free P&P vouchers! There is a Father Christmas after all!

Thank you for this post - got mini fridges for daughter & son at uni (stuff 'wanders' from kitchen fridges) and toaster (ours is really old.) Came to enough for free delivery as well!

It took 3 weeks for our delivery to come only to find some of it was missing .

Wouldnt order from boots online if I was paid too

It is saying the promotional code is not valid at this time.

I don't really think the things are that good value - and I too have had massive problems with Boots.com not delivering items, so I'm not gonna risk it. I might have risked it if the items were really cheap though!

I think Boots its great I got my Ipod, playstation 2s and Sonicare brushes all delivered on time. And these were 3 individual orders
