XP administrator confusion

Good afternoon Oh Wise Ones. I previously had a problem resolved by info in these valauable pages because my crafty daughter had made herself sole administrator and was downloading left right and centre. I eventually managed to get access and control back with me as sole administrator. However that's created a new problem (apart from the grumpy teenager) in that if she loads her Sims disc to play, a pop up screen comes up asking for the administrator password. According to the programmes list Sims is there so why can't she access it without hounding me? Please help this evil ogre. Thanks.
